Currently, I only accept commissions through Paypal or my Ko-fi. (Note that donations are not commission requests)
Please contact me directly with requests that do not fall into the listed commission types.

Commissions purchased in bulk (meaning three or more) may be discounted 5%, up to 10% for emojis.
Please contact me directly to purchase in bulk, as it must be invoiced through Paypal!

Commission Types

Includes commissions that are just the head/face of a character or very simplistic stylization. Example use as stickers or emojis.

Includes commissions that display approximately 25% to 60% of a character's form/body.

Includes commissions that show more than 60-100% of a character's form.

❥ Reference Sheets
Reference sheets can vary in layout and complexity, and may include color references, form references, outfit references, inventory illustration, or more!Note the time to complete a commission sheet is typically longer than other commissions.

❥ Complexity and Style
Please look at these charts for examples of different levels of complexity, coloring and shading styles. When describing your request, please reference this chart, as it will help me understand the level of complexity required to complete your commission.

Terms of Service
You (the commissioner) agree to the terms of service below by commissioning me, Aster Rose (the artist). Exceptions may be made if discussed with me prior to the commission.Please review TOS below.
✦ GENERAL TERMS.
Please provide cohesive, visual references for characters. (Even little scribbles can convey a lot!) In the case that no visual reference exists, describe thoroughly in plain language. I, the artist, am willing to work with the commissioner to create designs.Rude behaviour will not be tolerated.I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason at any time.

✦ PAYMENT.
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.Payments must be made through PayPal or Ko-Fi.Payments will only be accepted through PayPal invoices or Ko-Fi's commission service. Note that donations through Ko-Fi are not commissions.Prices are listed in USD, conversion to local currency to USD may be required.
Full refund will only be issued in the case that no work has been completed, partial refund equal to amount of work completed. No refund will be issued for completed work.

Private commissions come with a 50% fee.
(Original price + 50% of original price)
A private commission will not be posted online by the artist, and the commissioner agrees to not post the art online.
Extreme changes made after completion of illustration come with extra charge.

✦ PROCESS.
Work-In-Progress snapshots will only be given if the commissioner asks directly for it. I, the artist, may also provide them if I require the commissioners input into the commission.The allowance of time for a commission to be completed can be up to 2 months upon moment of payment depending on factors such as: Health, Order of Commission, Complexity, Personal Issues.If any of the above delays a commission, the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible.On average, the commissioner completes commissions within one or two business days after beginning work.
✦ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
The commissioner’s satisfaction is a high priority.After a commission is finished, small changes may be made for no extra cost.Extreme changes will come with an extra charge. (Examples: outfit change, outfit addition, background change, pose change, etc).
✦ COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY.
I, the artist, hold the rights to any completed illustration and WIPs.
I may use copyrighted illustration to:
Promote myself at any place or site.
Post online on social media sites.
Use in displays, art shows, or for commercial purposes.
The commissioner is allowed to:
Claim ownership of their original character(s).
Use the copyrighted illustration for personal use.
Use the illustration to promote themselves with credit given to the artist.
If the commissioner breaks copyright terms, their rights to use the illustration will be forfeit.Copyright infringement includes, but is not limited to:
Resale of the image.
Taking credit for the creation of the illustration.
Removing any watermarks or signatures.
Altering the illustration without the artist’s consent.
Credit is still required for usage of the illustration even if altered or edited.Under no circumstances are commissioned illustrations to be used in the trade or sale of cryptocurrency, for example as Non-Fungible Tokens, in the creation of generative AI, or similar technology.
✦ CANCELING / REFUND POLICY.
I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason at any time.Full refund will only be issued in the case that no work has been completed, partial refund equal to amount of work completed. No refund will be issued for completed work.If no payment has been sent, the commissioner may cancel the commission.
